A visit can be scheduled within an hour of the initial call or at your earliest convenience. (Consultations available 24 hours a day, seven days a week)
During the consultation, all levels of non-medical care are thoroughly explained to the care recipient and family members by one of our experienced Family Care Advocates.
- An initial needs assessment survey is conducted in the home of the care recipient, hospital, skilled nursing facility, trasitional care unit, boarding care or assisted living facility.
- Based on the expressed needs, the care recipient (and family) can CHOOSE their personal care assistant from a list of several qualified candidates and schedule an interview on the same or next day.
- The first visit by the Adia caregiver is scheduled as early as the next day and in some cases, same day services.
Adia caregiver arrives at your door promptly, ready to provide you the finest living assistance experience, fulfilling upon the objectives laid out in your initial visit.
All changes (after initial visit) are noted in the care log with ongoing follow-up by both the Friendship Care Manager and the personal care assistant.
